Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is Europe’s greatest tragedy since WWII.
Millions of refugees are flowing from Ukraine into neighboring European countries, including Latvia. Our ministry is uniquely suited to minister to refugees at such a time as this.
Please help us to help them. We have established a Ukrainian Assistance Fund. These funds make it possible to bring relief, comfort, and peace to the lives of refugees.

Better Together
With your help, BBI partners with local ministries to provide emergency aid and pastoral care to displaced Ukrainians in crisis.
Transportation
In partnership with Baltic Global Initiative, we help to deliver humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian border and bring refugees to safety.
Transitional Housing and Aid
Together with Eagle’s Wings Camp and the BBI office in Riga, Latvia, we host emergency groups of refugee families and provide for basic needs.
Pastoral Care
Alongside the Latvian Baptist Union and other partner churches, we provide pastoral care to Ukrainian women and children in Latvia.
