

ABOUT CHARLES
Charles David Kelley is a pastor, artist, musician, and the founder of Bridge Builders International. Now serving as the President Emeritus for the organization, Charles continues his work to bring the hope of Christ to the Baltics. As a Latvian-American, Charles also co-founded the Baltic Pastoral Institute in Riga and launched the Imago Dei Artists Network, which ministers to artists and musicians in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. He is the LausanneARTS Coordinator for Europe, and serves on the board of directors for the Thomas Kinkade Museum in California.
In 2003, Latvian President Vaira Vike-Freiberga awarded Charles with one of the country’s highest honors, the Gold Medal of the Order of the Three Stars.
